Health and Welfare

The health and wellbeing of our members is our primary focus as a club, as we pride ourselves on being inclusive and supportive.  You can find a link to our Welfare Policy here, and can contact our Welfare Officer, Emma, here.

If you are struggling with your mental health and wellbeing, please don’t go through it alone.  Many of our members have previously (or currently) experienced difficulties with this, and would be happy to provide a listening ear.  Check out the resources below, and speak to someone you trust.

If you are injured, or concerned about injury, please don’t try to run through it.  Consult your GP or self-refer to a physiotherapist, there are both NHS and private links below.
